The concierge was very helpful. Quiet room. Good location to Oxford Street. Friendly staff. Fantastic localization. Easy access to public transportation. Great location. Lovely doorman/concierge.

The location of Doubletree By Hilton was amazing. It was conveniently situated in a prime area, making it easy to explore the city. The room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and had a good-sized bed. The bathroom was well-maintained and provided a pleasant experience. the hotel offered complimentary WiFi, a nice touch. I had a great experience at Doubletree By Hilton.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. Its location just off Oxford Street was perfect for the events we were visiting this city for. The staff was incredible - from the doorman upon arrival to the reception desk to the bell staff/porter and housekeeping, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the room service, car hire, and laundry facilities, which made our stay even more comfortable.

This did not detract from our overall positive experience at this hotel. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this place.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Marble Arch tube station, just off Oxford Street. It is also in a back area off reception, making it a quiet escape from the busy streets. Moreover, it is in close proximity to all the pubs in the Marble Arch area, offering a wide variety of options for entertainment and dining.

The bed in some of the rooms was reported to be too soft and uncomfortable, which could be a disappointment for guests looking for a good night's sleep.

The staff at Doubletree By Hilton Hotel Marble Arch were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic, just a short 2-minute walk to Oxford Street. The location of this hotel is superb, with Marble Arch tube station just around the corner. You can easily walk to all the pubs in the Marble Arch area, and it's also close to everything else you might need within a short walking distance. The rooms are spacious enough for couples and the bathrooms are lovely, with all the fixtures seeming new. The staff are generally helpful, despite being a little overloaded and stressed at times.

The breakfast area lacks intimacy and the noise from the coffee maker can be quite disruptive.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just off a bustling shopping street. It's so convenient to have Marble Arch tube station nearby. Everything is within reach, a great deal. The staff at reception were lovely and accommodating, even allowing us to check in early despite our early arrival after a long flight. The cleanliness of the rooms was perfect, and the beds were comfortable.

Warm and friendly reception with delicious cookies upon arrival. Maroun, the staff member, were very good too help us settle into our room and even brought our bags for us. Lovely surprise of a bottle of red wine and birthday cake in our room. The breakfast had plenty of choices and the staff made sure we had everything we needed. a fantastic stay where we were treated like royalty. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
